Miles of Trails

In Three Springs, all roads lead to nearly everywhere. Direct access to the 47-mile Telegraph Trail system known for it’s beautiful views for mountain bikers, hikers, and trail runners alike. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the hard surface trail system that winds through the Three Springs community as well.

Business District

The business community at Three Springs is vibrant and growing. With Mercy Regional Medical Center as our anchor, the Mercado Street district is all things health and well-being. We even boast our own Durango Police substation as well as a planned fire station. Many of the companies who have chosen to call Three Springs home have locations in other parts of southwest Colorado or New Mexico.

Walking Distance to Dining and Bars

The more people who join us to live, work and play at Three Springs, the more restaurants want to feed us! Currently we have two great places and there is another on its way. Taco boy serves fresh authentic Mexican food. Homeslice, a Durango staple pizza joint, is joining in 2020!
